Silence is your greatest teacher, but to learn its lesson you must pay attention to it.

Ask yourself, when was the last time you sat alone with the silence, traveling to the deepest part of your soul.

Tomorrow why not wake up 15 minutes earlier and spend the time exploring, opening up to your inner self,

Hopefully this will bring a new awareness into every aspect of your life….

Make Time for Yourself

Knowing how to live a healthy lifestyle, is all about nurturing yourself.

Set aside time each day for you, whether that be soaking in a warm bath, taking a yoga class or having a dinner with a friend.

Massage

Tips on how to live a healthy lifestyle would not be complete without mentioning massage, the benefits of which are extensive!

Massage can have real therapeutic effects on the body; it acts directly on the muscular, nervous, circulatory and lymphatic system; it also boosts the immune system, which can become compromised during times of stress.

Tension can build up in the muscles, causing a decrease in circulation and nutrient delivery to tissues, so be sure to take time out of your busy lifestyle and nurture your body.

Reconnect With Your Partner

Think of someone you love and stretch your arms to them, you will find yourself smiling and your heart will be warm, spend time with the person you love, light candles and enjoy a massage.

Cook a meal and spend time just enjoying each other’s company, with loving thoughts comes a peaceful mind and body.
