Think of someone you love and stretch your arms to them, you will find yourself smiling, and your heart will be warm, spend time with the person you love, light candles, and enjoy a massage.

Cook a meal and spend time just enjoying each other’s company, with loving thoughts, comes a peaceful mind and body.
