Skin conditions such as eczema, rosacea, acne and perioral dermatitis are medical conditions. They should be diagnosed and managed by a doctor or dermatologist. Nothing on this site replaces that.

Using our products

Read the label, the box and the directions before you use any product.

Patch test first. Apply a small amount to the inside of your forearm and leave it for 24 hours before using a new product on your face. If you react, don’t use it.

Stop using a product if it causes persistent stinging, burning, redness or swelling, and speak to a health professional if the reaction doesn’t settle.

Active ingredients need care. Products containing retinoids, vitamin C or exfoliating acids can increase your skin’s sensitivity to sunlight. Wear sunscreen daily while using them, and introduce them slowly rather than all at once.

Pregnancy and breastfeeding. If you are pregnant, trying to conceive or breastfeeding, check with your doctor or midwife before using any product containing retinoids or other active ingredients. Some are not recommended during pregnancy.

You are responsible for checking the ingredient list before use if you have known allergies or sensitivities.

Product information and packaging

We work hard to keep the product information and images on this site accurate. Formulations and packaging change from time to time, and the site may occasionally lag behind changes that have already reached the shelf.

Supply chain delays sometimes mean we ship in alternate packaging. The product inside is unchanged, and we don’t ship stock that isn’t within its shelf life.
