Keratosis Pilaris routine

Keratosis pilaris is a skin condition characterised by the buildup of keratin that obstructs hair follicles, resulting in small, raised bumps resembling “chicken skin.” These bumps commonly appear on the arms, thighs, buttocks, or face and are often accompanied by dryness, mild itching, and changes in skin texture. Typically, the bumps are the same colour as the skin, but they may appear red or white on lighter skin tones and brown on darker skin. The exact cause for this buildup remains unidentified.
