With my delicious homemade hair treatments.

There is after all, a lot of truth in the old cliche having a bad hair day.

If you feel bad about the way your hair looks and feels, it can really affect your morale and mood.

Hair that is dull and lifeless, is a reflection of poor health.

Natural shiny hair, with plenty of bounce and va va voom on the other hand, reflects someone who has a vibrant healthy glow.

So if you feel that your tresses are in serious need of a destress, look no further, and give your locks the TLC they need, with these simple yet effective, homemade hair treatments.

This is a very simple recipe made of Jojoba oil, a botanical oil that has a real affinity with the hair;

  • Leave the oil on the scalp for at least 20 minutes, or ideally as a hair mask over night

This will help your hair to get all of Jojoba’s nourishing properties.

Finish with a rinse

We feel an article on homemade hair treatments would not be complete, without giving good old fashioned Cider Vinegar a mention.

This is a really simple but effective treatment that acts as a clarifying agent, Cider Vinegar, helps to remove the build up of certain hair care products from the hair shaft.

So you’re hair absorbs all the wonderful nutrients from your homemade hair treatments.
